为准确捕捉车手视角，剧组使用了出现在车手眼前的潜望镜镜头。
为呈现出赛车运动的真实细节，导演雷尼哈林在片中加入了真实比赛的现场画面，由此不但可以借用数以万计的热情观众，还能通过特效技术让CGI赛车和演员跻身其中。
